In 2012 Michael grew a boutique financial consulting agency by over 300% in year one. He later became a full-time entrepreneur and has founded several brands and agencies with a few exits. As the co-founder and CEO of 3BG, he led the e-commerce agency to drive $400+ million in revenue for its clients.
Michael Hartman is a serial entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in launching and scaling successful ventures in the e-commerce sector. He holds an MBA in International Taxation and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, which equip him with the skills and knowledge to navigate the complex financial and legal aspects of online businesses. He is also a prolific angel investor and mentor, supporting and guiding start-ups towards achieving their first million and beyond.
Currently, Michael is the co-founder of Pelican Cement, a staffing solution that specializes in e-commerce data science. He leverages his expertise in advertising and systems building to help clients optimize their online marketing strategies and customer journeys. He is also the CEO of MISHA MASHA, an angel investing division that invests in and advises promising e-commerce start-ups. Michael's passion for the e-commerce landscape drives him to seek new challenges and opportunities, as well as to share his insights and best practices as a keynote speaker at prestigious Amazon events.
